This office is the best dental office I have ever been to in my life. They are top flight professionals and so helpful always. And Dr Flavin is the best of the best. I have been to excellent dentists everywhere we have lived, especially in Colorado. But Dr Flavin’s skills are above them all. My splint and every crown fits perfectly by the time he is done, and he hardly has to adjust anything. He is outstanding in his field. He applied a numbing agent to my gum and stuck me with a needle 3 times without me feeling any of the needle sticks. All of the staff at Healthy Smiles of St. Louis are so kind! No one loves going to the dentist, but when you have to go, this is the place to go to! Dr. Crews and all the staff are compassionate and listen to your concerns. I had Erin as my cleaning staff. She was so nice and gentle with my teeth. She always made sure I was okay and whether I got any sores. I also had another doctor come and check everything to see if it was okay and whether I would need any follow up visits. Highly recommended!

From my personal experience in last 5-6 months I think they are the best. Dr. Crew is amazing dentist, she is so understanding and caring. I do not have so much to say as I am fully satisfied with their services. Fees are satisfactory too. My hygienist was Becca, and I really feel good about the way she behave. I did not have to speak too much, she knows what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Healthy Smiles of Saint Louis on Watson road. I am sure you will not be disappointed, they are very organized and all the appointments are on time as scheduled. I wish could give them more than 5 stars. I have all wonderful things to say about Dr. Crews and the staff at Healthy Smiles! I was referred to Dr. Crews for an emergency visit. The staff was so helpful and so caring in fitting me in the very day I called! The waiting room was quiet and calm which put me quickly at ease. Dr. Crews was fabulous! Knowledgeable, thorough and oh so kind! She and her staff arranged for me to see the specialist I needed ...and in only a couple of days! I am ever so grateful to all of them! I can't say enough great things about the people in this office! They got me on the schedule within the week when every other office I called said it would take 6 months to get an appointment for a new patient. The staff is nothing but friendly and sweet! I had to go back 3 more times to redo some old fillings and all were scheduled in a timely manner. Dr Crews even fixed one that had already been done 2x by 2 other dentists and still caused me pain. After Dr Crews' great work, I have no more pain! If you're looking for a new dentist, you can't go wrong with this office!

Not only did they they waive the unexpected fees, they provided me referrals to other dentists in the area and transferred my files without any problems whatsoever. Everyone is absolutely amazing! My daughter got hurt at a school sporting event. The trainer called and was able to get us an emergency appointment right away. When we arrived it was a very comfortable atmosphere, with friendly smiles from the staff. The dentist was very informative and explained everything that he planned to do and kept me informed each step of the way, making sure I understood and agreed to the treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a regular or emergency dentist. If they were closer to home, I'd even change dentist!
