Giving Back to the St. Louis Community
Dr. Flavin is very invested in giving back to his community with both education and care. He is proud of his development of, and ongoing work with, Give Kids A Smile in St. Louis, a not-for-profit organization that provides comprehensive care for underserved children. He has served as Vice President and President since it’s inception in 2000, and he is especially proud that the ADA has taken the concept to a national level, as its premier access-to-care program.
Dr. Flavin has also served as a board member and President to the HealthWorks! Kids’ Museum of St. Louis.
Says Dr. Flavin, “I have been humbled by the generosity and compassion of my colleagues as they strive to serve the needs of our community. The profession of dentistry has been a great blessing in my life for which I will always be grateful! Its greatest reward is the relationships I have developed with my patients, family and friends.”
